Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change. To respect both your time and ours, please review our cancellation guidelines: 48 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours): Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 30% of the original service price. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will also be charged 30% of the service price. Emergencies: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an emergency, please call us as soon as possible so we can work with you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
